Pacific Fisher Ecology
Resource Managment & Science | Project
Fundraising Goal: $35,000

Our Goal: Raise $35,000 for cameras and seasonal support to survey potential fisher habitats that are not in project work areas. Data will inform our understanding of where these endangered animals live and their habitat requirements. This effort will augment funding from projects that are directed at fisher monitoring in specific areas impacted by
Park developments. This funding will fill a gap by studying fishers outside project areas/developed areas.

Black Bear Conservation

Education | Program
Fundraising Goal: $20,000

Our Goal: Raise $20,000. Human activity in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks directly impacts black bear health and habitat. Donations and proceeds from the backpack canister rental program enhance park efforts in mitigation and conservation tactics. Funds help the Parks and/or SPC produce educational signage, purchase gear to study or manage bears most affected by human activity and provide updated science to help with black bear management.
